Indoors

Villa Horizon is divided on 3 floors.
The lower floor, where you can find the private parking with automatic gate.
On the ground floor, you will find the main area of the villa, with the living room and its design fireplace, the dining room, and the fully equipped and modern kitchen. The first floor is only for the master bedroom.

Outdoors

The private swimming pool is perfect for hot summer days, and offers a wonderful sea view. The large terraces offer several lounge areas, and a covered summer kitchen.

Location

Nearest beach: 1 km Cala San Vicente. In this Cove there is a small supermarket and very good restaurants.
Other beaches: Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral, Pour d’es Lleo, Portinaxt, Benirras, and many coves little.

Rental conditions

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
• Children welcome
• Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
• In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
• It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by The Giant Estates
• Loud music and noise outside after 11pm is not permitted by law, please respect that.
• No safety fence around the pool
• Noise en playing loud music are strictly prohibited in this area
• Pets not allowed
• Pool has no swimming guard
• Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
•  Language spoken by staff : English – French – Spanish – Dutch
• Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
• Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
• Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation condition

• Guarantee deposit charged by The Giant Estates upon reservation : 40 %
• 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to The Giant Estates.
• The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
• Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
• Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
• Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
• For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to The Giant Estates.
• No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to The Giant Estates.
• Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
• Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
