Large living room with open fireplace, Ibiza style kitchen with professional equipment, extension on the kitchen with dining area around a teppanyaki plate, and through the entire complex you have Wi-Fi.

Outside
8 by 5-meter pool with waterfall, bar, jacuzzi and sauna. Underground Club up to 70 people, DJ-booth and bar. 11 by 7 meters yoga deck, 30 people BBQ area with complete outside kitchen. Exotic garden with diverse lounge areas, over 20 sunbeds and a pool bar. Large Gazebo for 20 people, Smaller Gazebo for 8 people, two outside dining tables on the patio, 4 meters high Buddha statue.

Location

Nearest beach: 500 meters from Cala Roja. In this area there is a small village called Jesus with supermarkets and very good restaurants. Other beaches: Cala Talamanca and many little coves. 5km away from the city center of Ibiza. Located in a very quiet and isolated area. All that is covered via well-secured gate and fences. 24/7 on call security available.

Rental Conditions

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool or facility.
• Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
• It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval by the property manager.
• No safety fence around the pool
• Pool has no swimming guard
• Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
• Language spoken by staff : English – Spanish
• Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
• Amount of security deposit: 6000,- EUR
• Security deposit must be transferred separately to the same account stating or in cash upon arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours if no damage is done.
• The management takes no responsibility for lost, broken or stolen property or any personal injury or damage.
• The management is not responsible for misbehavior by you or other guests.
• No more music outside on the terrace after 00:00am. We suggest to move the music to our private underground club.

Reservation conditions

• Guarantee deposit charged by Villa Boudha upon reservation : 40 %
• 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villa Boudha
• The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

• Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email to info@thegiantestates.com
• Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time.
• For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villa Boudha
• No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villa Boudha
