The small village of es Cubells is 500m away, access on foot in 6/7 minutes. Es Cubells is a small village with lots of charm, there are 4 restaurants nearby, a supermarket open 7/7 days. The village of Sant Josep, a little larger, is a 10-minute drive away. In Sant Josep you will find all kinds of shops: butcher, fish shop, pharmacy, large supermarket, restaurants of all types, …
The nearest beaches are: Ses Boques 2.7 km, Cala D’hort 6 km, Cala Yundal 8 km,
Ibiza Town: 16 km.
Airport: 13 kms and shops.
The airport is 35 minutes away by car and the villa of Ibiza is 20-25 minutes away.

Rental conditions

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
• Children welcome
• Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
• In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
• It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by The Giant Estates
• No safety fence around the pool
• Pool has no swimming guard
• Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
• Language spoken by staff : English – French – Spanish – Dutch
• Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
• Amount of security deposit : 6 000.00 EUR
• Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

• Guarantee deposit charged by The Giant Estates upon reservation : 50 %
• 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to The Giant Estates.
• The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

• Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
• Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
• For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to The Giant Estates.
• No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to The Giant Estates
• Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
• Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
