Our properties are usually rented on a weekly basis, starting from Saturday to Saturday. But during off-peak seasons, the property owners may be flexible on this arrangement.

Please note that for this specific villa rental, a deposit of 40% is required within 2 days of provisional confirmation, and the remaining balance of 60% must be paid within 45 days of the client's check-in date. We advise you to carefully review the Terms & Conditions for each villa rental before booking, as payment and refund policies can vary between properties. The refund policy is determined by the villa owner.

When choosing the right villa, there are several factors to consider. Start by determining your preferences and requirements, such as the number of guests traveling with you, your preferred location (e.g. near the beach or sea, on the westside or southside of Ibiza), and any special needs (such as for someone requiring extra attention or traveling with toddlers and children).

In general, we require a 40% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance should be paid from 45 days prior to arrival. In case you cancel before the 45 days, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, we will require 100% of the stay. We provide travel insurance working for bad weather, disease, death, etc. Feel free to ask us as we highly recommend it.
